Frequently asked questions

How fast can a zap be live?

Simple zaps between popular apps are often live within a day of the audit, once we have access to your accounts. Multi-step zaps with Paths, Tables or Interfaces get a clear timeline in your quote.

What are Zapier Paths?

Paths let one zap take different actions depending on the data. For example, a new order can go to the courier path if it is for delivery and to the pickup path if the customer collects it, each with its own steps.

What are Zapier Tables and Interfaces?

Tables is Zapier’s built-in database for simple lists like leads or orders. Interfaces lets you build simple forms and pages on top of it. Together they can replace a messy spreadsheet and a manual form, connected straight to your zaps.

How can I reduce my Zapier task usage?

Tasks are counted when a zap completes an action. We put filters first so unwanted items stop early, since filter and Formatter steps do not use tasks, choose triggers that only fire on what matters and merge duplicate zaps.

Do I need a paid Zapier plan?

Zapier’s free plan covers simple two-step zaps. Multi-step zaps, Paths and higher task limits need a paid plan. We tell you which plan fits before we build, and it stays in your name.

Who owns the zaps?

You do. We build in your Zapier account, or share the zaps into it at handover, with documentation and a recorded walkthrough.
