1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and RizeHub Digital Services ("RizeHub," "we," "us"). By accessing our website, signing up for a plan, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

RizeHub offers digital growth services for Philippine businesses including but not limited to: AI chatbot integration, social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, website landing pages, online ordering systems, content creation, SEO setup, and related digital marketing services. The specific deliverables of each service are defined in the plan you select at the time of subscription.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• All plans are billed on a monthly cycle starting from the date of your first payment
• Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments must be made in advance before services are rendered for the period
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and credit/debit card
• Failure to pay within 5 days of the due date may result in service suspension
• RizeHub reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' prior written notice

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, credentials, and assets required for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to your social media accounts, Google accounts, or platforms as needed
• Respond to our requests for approvals, feedback, or content within 5 business days
• Not use our services for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful business activities
• Maintain ownership and responsibility for your business accounts and content

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by RizeHub on your behalf (graphics, copy, chatbot scripts, landing pages) becomes your property upon full payment. RizeHub retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Our proprietary tools, templates, and processes remain the intellectual property of RizeHub.

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 15 days' written notice before your next billing cycle
• Cancellations made after the billing date will take effect at the end of the current paid period
• Upon cancellation, we will hand over all completed deliverables and relevant account access within 7 business days
• RizeHub may terminate service immediately for breach of these Terms without refund

7. Limitation of Liability

RizeHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., a specific number of sales or revenue) as outcomes depend on factors outside our control including your market, competition, and product quality.

8. Results Disclaimer

Our 30-Day Results Guarantee refers to measurable improvements in your digital presence metrics (Google visibility, chatbot responses, social media reach) — not guaranteed revenue or sales figures. Individual results vary based on industry, location, competition, and business type.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WhatsApp). RizeHub is not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or account suspensions enacted by these platforms. We will always work to adapt quickly to such changes on your behalf.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. You will be notified of material changes via email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New clients on any paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Authority) are eligible for a full refund of their first month's subscription fee if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your service start date
• You have provided all required information, access, and approvals requested by our team within 5 business days
• There is no measurable improvement in the agreed digital presence metrics after setup and launch
• The request is submitted in writing to [email protected] with your account details

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Setup fees (if applicable and already waived as part of a promotion, no refund is applicable)
• Monthly subscriptions beyond the first 30 days
• Custom Enterprise packages where work has already commenced
• Add-on services purchased separately (e.g., paid ad budgets, premium domain registrations)
• Subscriptions cancelled after the billing cycle has already processed
• Cases where the client failed to provide required access or information within the stipulated time, causing delays in delivery

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered at RizeHub's discretion in cases where:

• Only a portion of the agreed deliverables were completed due to a RizeHub error
• A service disruption caused by RizeHub lasted more than 5 consecutive business days
• Mutual agreement is reached between the client and RizeHub management

Partial refund amounts will be calculated proportionally based on undelivered work.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

• Step 2: Include your full name, business name, plan subscribed, payment date, and reason for refund
• Step 3: Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and review within 3–5 business days
• Step 4: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time

Processing times after approval:

• GCash / Maya: 1–3 business days
• Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
• Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, we encourage you to contact our management team directly at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. We would rather fix a problem than lose a valued client.

7. Changes to This Policy

RizeHub reserves the right to update this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or our website. Subscriptions active before any change are protected under the terms in effect at the time of their initial purchase.
