Payment events, courier updates and POS sales wired straight into your systems: signed so nobody can fake them, retried when something is down, never processed twice, and logged so you can see every event.
Start with the free workflow audit. Send us the app or API docs and we tell you what is possible and quote a fixed price.
Free workflow audit, then a fixed quote per integration — You get one fixed price per integration before we build, based on the API and the events involved.
Every integration comes with 30 days of fixes. If something breaks in that time because of how we built it, we fix it free.
A webhook is a message one app sends to another the moment something happens, such as a payment succeeding or a parcel being delivered. Instead of checking every few minutes, your system is told straight away and can act.
Usually, yes. If the app has an API or can send webhooks, we build the connection directly. We read the documentation in the free audit and tell you exactly what is possible before you pay anything.
Endpoints use HTTPS, and where the sender supports it we check each event’s signature against a shared secret, so a faked request is rejected. Secrets are stored encrypted, never in the workflow text.
Senders sometimes retry, so duplicates happen. We record each event’s ID and skip any we have already processed. That is called idempotency, and it is why an order never ships twice.
Many senders retry on their own, and we add our own retries with a delay for calls we make. Events that still fail are logged and trigger an alert, so a person can replay them once the system is back.
GCash and Maya payments usually reach a business through a gateway such as PayMongo, which sends signed payment events we can act on. Couriers and POS systems with an API can be connected the same way. The audit confirms the details for your apps.
