Orders, leads, replies and reports that move on their own. We map the repetitive work eating your week, then build it on n8n, Make, Zapier or a custom webhook, whichever fits your apps and budget.
Every project starts with the free workflow audit. No price list, because every business runs differently: you get one fixed price per workflow, in writing, before anything starts.
Free workflow audit, then a fixed quote per workflow — No price list, because no two businesses run the same way. The audit maps your workflows and you get one fixed price for each, in writing, before we start.
Every workflow comes with 30 days of fixes. If something breaks in that time because of how we built it, we fix it free, and error alerts mean we usually know before you do.
It means letting software do the repetitive steps between your apps. When a lead fills in your Facebook form, it is added to your sheet, the customer gets a reply and your team gets a message, without anyone copying and pasting. You decide the rules once and the workflow follows them every time.
It depends on your apps, how many runs you expect and how private your data needs to be. Zapier is fastest for simple links between popular apps. Make is visual and cost-efficient for flows with branches. n8n can be self-hosted, has no per-run fees when we host it and is strong for AI agents. The free audit gives you an honest recommendation.
We do not publish a price list because every workflow is different. After the free workflow audit you get a fixed quote per workflow, in writing, before we build anything. Platform subscriptions such as Make or Zapier are billed by those companies; if we host n8n for you, the hosting is quoted with the build.
No. We build, test and document everything, and record a short walkthrough for your team. Day to day, the workflow just runs. If something needs your attention, you get a plain alert telling you what happened.
Every workflow has error alerts, so a failed step is reported straight away with the reason. For 30 days after launch we fix anything caused by our build for free. After that you can keep us on for monitoring or call us when an app changes.
If an app has an API or sends webhooks, we can usually connect it. GCash and Maya payments typically reach your systems through a payment gateway such as PayMongo, which sends payment events we can act on. The audit confirms what is possible for your exact apps.
We use each app’s official connection, keep credentials encrypted and give access only to the people who need it. For sensitive data we recommend self-hosted n8n on our private server, so the data passes through a server we manage rather than a shared cloud plan.
