Reviewing and signing a contract

Review and e-sign your RizeHub agreement right from your portal — no printing, no scanning.

1. Open Contracts. From the menu, open Contracts. Anything waiting for you is marked Sent.
2. Read it through. Open the contract and read the full agreement. Take your time — this is your record too.
3. Sign your name. Draw your signature in the box and type your full name to confirm it is really you.
4. Submit. Tap to sign. The agreement is locked in and the status changes to Signed.
5. Keep your copy. The signed contract stays in your portal for good, so you can revisit it whenever you need.

Common questions

Is an online signature really valid?

Yes. Electronic signatures are recognised under Philippine law. Your signed copy is stored securely in your portal.

Can I download the signed contract?

The signed agreement lives in your portal and can be saved or printed any time.
