Reading your progress reports

Your RizeHub progress reports show what we did, the results, and what is next — in plain language.

1. Open Reports. From the menu, open Reports. Each report covers a set period and is dated.
2. Open the latest one. Tap the newest report to read it in full — written in plain language, no jargon.
3. Read the highlights. The top of every report summarises what moved: work completed, key numbers, and wins.
4. Check what is next. Each report ends with the plan for the coming weeks.
5. Reply with questions. Message us straight from chat and we will walk you through anything.

Common questions

I do not understand a metric in my report. Can you explain?

Of course. Message us the part you would like unpacked and we will explain it in plain terms.

Can I get a report for a specific date range?

Yes. If you need a report covering a particular period, just let us know and we will prepare one.
